Ute
The Ute people are the oldest residents of Colorado, inhabiting the mountains and vast areas of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Eastern Nevada, Northern New Mexico,and Arizona. According to tribal history handed down form generation to generation, their people lived here since the beginning of time.

Paiute
The Paiute tribe of Native American Indians is made up of several bands throughout the western part of the United States, also known as the Great Basin region. The Northern Paiutes territory covers parts of Oregon, California, Idaho, and Nevada while the southern Paiutes occupy parts of Arizona, Nevada, Utah as well as the southeastern portion of California.
